The hotel is proud of it’s CSR policy. It runs on 100 per cent renewable electricity, sourced from wind, solar and biomass generators. They also use solar panelling, heat pump technology in their air-conditioning system, and a ‘Combined Heating and Power’ system to ensure minimal environmental output. No waste goes to landfill, they employ locally and 85% of their meat, fish, fruit and vegetables come from British producers.
The stunning Mercer Roof Terrace is available for private hire for corporate parties. There is also a sophisticated speakeasy cocktail bar called Do Not Disturb.
If you are planning a meeting, there are three meeting rooms on the lower ground floor.
